TTMF does not provide medical advice or services. Any medical questions or concerns or any decision about choices for medical care should be discussed with your personal physician(s).

At the present time, TTMF does not collect information about your use of this site that could identify you (for example through the use of cookies or similar information tracking software).

If you use the "contact" buttons to communicate with us, the information you provide consisting of your e-mail address and the content you include in your e-mail will be stored in our e-mail system and on the email system used by a particular mentor if you choose to communicate directly with one of the TTMF mentors.
